INGREDIENTS
3 Cups pasta
Pot of boiling water
1 tbs salt+ pinch of salt
1/2 medium-sized white onion chopped
A few chopped dania (coriander stems)
Pinch of black pepper
1/1/2 cups marinara sauce.
2 tbs vegetable oil
PROCEDURE
-Heat up water in a cooking pot until it comes to a boil. Stir in your 1 tbs of salt.
- Add in your pasta and leave to simmer open for 8-10 minutes or until cooked.
-Strain out the water from your pasta and set aside.
- In a large pan heat up your vegetable oil.
- Add in your onions, dania(coriander) stems,a small pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper. Mix and sauté for 1 min on medium heat or until onions are softened and golden.
- Next add in your marinara sauce and stir.
- Finally, add in your cooked pasta and mix well until your pasta is coated evenly with your marinara sauce.
-Enjoy nice and hot! You may grate over some parmesan cheese at this point if you have any on hand!
