I love infusing my food with herbs. They really add a touch of freshness to any recipe! In this recipe we shall be making a delicious potato and bean stew with a herby touch from oregano and Coriander. This stew goes perfectly with rice and chapati! I had my cook time cut in half as my beans were already sorted out for me and pre-boiled by Nairobeans! Click here to learn more about them and make your fist order! Now that we have our pre-boiled yellow beans let's get started.
